arJev — a daily arXiv digest engine that ranks against your living Obsidian vault: deterministic lexical front-line, Jev confidence-gated rerank, and a learning loop where your own notes are the ground truth.

Rank candidates against a query, or answer whether a passage is relevant.

Where it fits
