Automatically label GitHub Issues and Pull Requests using lightweight decision models like Jev and Microsoft-Decision-1.

GitHub Action that classifies Issues and pull requests with a typed Decisions API (TypeSafe Jev, OpenRouter, or OpenAI Decisions) and adds only labels supported by the evidence—never removing or creating labels.

The decision Jev makes

Label a change, score its risk, pick the relevant file, or decide whether a coding agent should continue.

Where it fits
