Minimal Pareto-oriented OpenRouter model router for the pi coding agent: TypeSafe Jev classifies each task; local policy selects a role/model tier (shadow mode by default). Distinct from jev-router (Claude Code/Codex proxies) and other pi gate/sentinel extensions.
